question about server manager management console setup.

I have installed server manager to deployment server.
I am setup management console wizard.
Menual writed that I have to refer jde.ini file.

But There is many jde.ini file
For example ....So which jde.ini file am i have to refer?
And i refer e18837.pdf file(3.2 Run the Management Console Setup Wizard)
