ASM instance is not starting on 2nd instance

Hi,

I am working on 10.2.0.5 RAC build, Suddenly ASM instance on 2nd node is not starting, I can see asmfile device is accessible to both the nodes and resserver policy set to no, 660 privileges to both te nodes.but still it is failing to restart.

srvctl start asm -n dram0202
PRKS-1009 : Failed to start ASM instance "+ASM2" on node "dram0202", [PRKS-1009 : Failed to start ASM instance "+ASM2" on node "dram0202", [CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.dram0202.ASM2.asm'.]]
  [PRKS-1009 : Failed to start ASM instance "+ASM2" on node "dram0202", [CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.dram0202.ASM2.asm'.]]
