hr_contact_rel_api.delete_contact_relationship ORA-20001: You cannot delete people who have changed

 Hi all. When trying to run  hr_contact_rel_api.delete_contact_relationship I get the following error  ORA-20001: You cannot delete people who have changed their 'person' type.
 The relationship i tried to delete had been created with  hr_contact_rel_api.create_contact.
 Can anyone suggest about this problem?
