Upgrade from 10g to 11g

 We are in the process of upgrading oracle10g to 11g.Currently the 32-bit and 64-bit host are running on oracle10g 32bit.While moving to 11g Rel2 Version,we are migrating(Host--32bit) 10g 32bit to 11g 32 bit and for Host 64-bit migrating10g 32bit to 11g 64-bit.Plz let me know if there is any challenges while migrating with the above scenario
