Questions regarding advanced ASO performance optimisation

Hi all,

I am using Essbase 11.1.2.0 and i have some questions regarding ASO optimisation:

1)

Each load uses max. 50 % of server processor ressources. Can i change this setting somewhere?
Can i also regulate how much memory a load can use  from the server.
As far i have experienced a load - especially an aggregation of a big cube uses all the memory, completely ignoring that other cubes or retrieves could also use some spare memory...

2)

When i do a retrieve in smart view and repeat the same retrieve both retrieves take the same time.
It seems like the result of the first retrieve was not cashed. Can i change the cashing behavior?
