Migrating existing setup to new Hardware / Server

Hi,

We are currently using Siebel 7.8.2.10 application on MS Windows 2003 server SP2 , with MS SQL Server 2005 and now we are planning to migrate this existing Siebel 7.8.2.10 to new Hardware / Servers i.e. to MS Windows 2008 server R1 32 bit on Virtualization (VM), since the harware is ageing.

Please let me know the approach / process involved in this.
