Removing Transmission Configurations from Oracle Payments Setup

Does anyone have a solution for removing access to Transmission Configurations from the Payment Administrator HTML page for a specific responsibility in R12 (12.0.6)?

I suspect that it can be done via a Framework "personalization" by removing the "Go To Task" button for Transmission Configurations.  However, I do not see any reference to this button when I try to personalize the Oracle Payments Setup page  [Document Name:  /oracle/apps/iby/common/setup/task/webui/TaskListPG].
