Formula in Planning 11.1

I created a new member.  I want this member to use the same data as another member.   This would be similar to creating as a shared member, but it is not shared.  It is a dynamic calc.   How do I create a formula in the new member that will pick up the data from the other member?  The other member’s base name is DEPR_AND_AMORT_CF.  I tired putting “DEPR_AND_AMORT_CF”;  in the formula, but that did not work. Very odd.
