performed the transactions from GIS with in the SOB and across the SOB’s in R11i and R12 from AGIS w

Hello,
We have performed the transactions from GIS with in the SOB and across the SOB’s in R11i.
We have one Legal entity for one SOB (Ledger).
We have upgraded from R11i to R12 1.3 now and we facing below problem.
In, R12 from AGIS we are able to perform transactions across the ledgers but we are not able to perform the transaction with in ledger.
Business wants to perform the transactions within ledgers from AGIS forms. Is it possible or not? if yes please let me know the process.
If no, will create the additional Legal entity for ledger and perform the transactions from AGIS form within ledger, is it ok or not. (Note: we were upgraded from 11i to R12)
