Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Does to_check_number function support Arabic ?

Does xdofx:to_check_number function support Arabic ? And if not , What is doing the same function for Arabic numbers .

Or should i create ER .
