How to report on associations managed via Related Information

I am associating Custom Object 3 with one or more Leads and/or one or more Opportunities.  I create this association by exposing Leads and Opportunities on the Custom Object 3 layout, and then Adding the leads and opportunities; they are then listed at the bottom of the CO3 record.

I would like to be able to report on all the Leads I have associated with each Custom Object 3; and a similar report with all the Opportunities I have asssociated with each Custom Object 3.
I can't figure out how to report on all the Leads or Opportunities I have associated with the CO3 as Related information.
