Disable a Tax Code per Le/Operating Unit

Hi,
I have a fresh installation of R12, I have several LE/Operating Units with Different Tax Rates. Not all LE/Operating Units are using the same rates.
I need to disable tax rates in specific LE/Operating Units, how can I do that?

I checked the Tax Lookup Codes but will not be visible for all LE/Operating Units.

Can someone help me on this?
