CVU for Oracle Database 10gR2 RAC

Hi,
I am preparing to install Oracle Database 10g R2 RAC on HP-UX (IA64).  The CVU which I downloaded from OTN fails for the following:

Checking settings of device file "/dev/async"

  Node Name     Available                 Comment                 

  ------------  ------------------------  ------------------------

  racnode1      yes                       failed (incorrect setting for minor number.)

  racnode2      yes                       failed (incorrect setting for minor number.)

 Is it applicable for 10gR2 RAC? can I ignore this? I executed CVU with -r 10gR2 option.
