Orders shipped and not Invoiced

Hi,
I have notice sometimes if an error ocorrs in autoinvoice the invoice is not created and if the users not checked the interface some invoices can not be invoiced.
I know how to do it in screens but we have loots of Operating Units and Inventory Orgs so can take a long time.

The are any reports for month close to show all orders shipped and not invoice? We need to control what has been shipped and not invoiced.
