How to enter response in Oracle Sourcing

Hi,

I'm in R12 standalone.

I use Sourcing module and i cannot enter response for supplier for a negociation.

How to do it ? As i see nowhere any buttom to create a response on the sourcing page using sourcing super user responsability .
