Able to see all Legal Entities when creating a Bank Account from US Responsibility

Hi Experts,
So I am able to see all the legal entities when assigning an owner to a Bank Account from the US Responsibility, even though I have only added the US Legal Entity to the Roles and Responsibility for this responsibility. 

What could I be missing?
