Customer(Distributor) as Resource(Salsperson) Creation in Incentive compensation

Hello,
How I can Make salesperson from Customer.

Means in our case customer also get the compensation....

So How i import Customer created in AR in Incentive compensation..

I Am working with OIC 12.1.3.

Pls Suggest
