4020 Error

Dear All,

We get a ORA-004020 error running a data upload procedure on an Oracle 11.1.0.7 database, under RHELinux 4. 

ORA-04020: deadlock detected while trying to lock object SYS.Generic

This error produces a trace file, some output of which I detail below:

We cannot derive any information that can help us, in order for us to amend the application or make changes to ensure that it does not occur and that we can run the application successfully.

It has run in the past successfully.
