Which template goes with the AR Invoice report in 2 operating units

I am new to BI Publisher... we have been live on EBS for ~4 years and we are using XML templates for our AR Invoices in US and Germany operating units. It is not clear to me from the documentation how I can know which template goes with the report in each operating unit. Please help if you can. Thank you!
