Need documents / material related to Siebel eService customization, Integration
We have several requirements in our existing application and are looking whether some of them can be acheived with eService module or not, I've gone through the pdf (eService.pdf) and found not much information about integrating external applications with eService or customizing it. I've no experience in eService and looking for some help who can prvoide with documentation / material which I can go through and map the requirements.
Please share any documentation related to eService regarding below.
1) Is it possible to customize eService ? if yes, where do we do that and How ?
eg1.. Ability for an agents to alert the technicians via Text Messaging when a case is created.
