EnterpriseOne Transportation module verses a 3rd party package like Varsity Logistics

I am looking for feedback on JDE EnterpriseOne transportation module verses using a 3rd party Varsity Logistics.  Has anyone used Varsity and then switched over to E1 transportation module.  Looking for the difference in features and functionality.  We currently use Varsity and are looking to upgrade from World to E1 but need information on if we could switch out and use the E1 transportation module for our picking, packing, rate shopping along with creation of the international paperwork.  Is Varsity the best solution to use over Oracle's E1 transportation module
