DMAAI 4318 Services in Procurement

Trying to setup DMAAI 4318 to use line type J with a GL Interface of "A".  Documentation says that this AAI fires when purchasing based on the line type being Non-Stock and the GL Interface being "A".  We are getting errors that indicate that AAI 4315 does not contain the GL Cat Code mentioned.  We would expect this, but if 4318 was working, this would be the correct GL CC.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to set this up?
