OTL: Error message when trying to submit a self-service timecard - work schedule template

Hi

I received this error message when i try to submit a self-service timecard (with no customization):

system error : Procedure &PROCEDURE at step &STEP Cause: the procedure &PROCEDURE has created  an erro at step&STEP. Action:Contact your system adimistrator quoting the procedure &PROCEDURE and step &STEP

when i use others elements than the ergular time (who is attach to my earning policy) i'm able to submit the self-service timecard....
