Requisitions in iprocurement

Hi,

I'm experiencing iprocurement module and have the following questions. I'd very appreciate those who have implemented this module participate too.

1- What is the way tio create requisition using iprocurement ? -> shop tab ? requisition tab ?

2- Can we create internal requisition in iprocurement ? if yes, how ?

3- Can we use budget control with iprocurement ? What is the process ?
