Does Generate Count Requests in cycle counting generate counts for next working day if run on a non

We ran the generate count requests on a non working day(saturday) and then the cycle count listing report(ran with the saturday date) and noticed that the cycle count listing report picked up count requests(entered in the Manual Requests screen) for the following Monday(next working day).And when we ran these two on monday again the cycle count listing report(ran with the monday date) showed nothing.Does runnign the generate count requests on a non working day make it pick up counts scheduled for the next valid working day?
