How to personalize customer maintenance web page - disable site column-credit rating and not impact

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
Hi all,

I tried to disable site column of credit rating on customer maintenance web page within R12 version.

I customized it with web personalization.

Once I disabled, the header level of credit rating disappear at the same time.

My requirement is only allow user to type information in header level. I am trying to hide the column of site level.

Anyone can help me?
