Single Sign On solution ask the user name and password

Hi All,

We have the Single Sign On solution but sometimes the application ask the user name and password from the user who could log in to the application with SSO before that.

All of the set up is OK for that user so maybe there is the issue with the computer set up of the user.

Does it help if the users clean up the cache and temporary fails?

Please advice about the possible individual solution of the user.
