Notification gives error of (Authentication failed)

Hi Experts,
When user notify any report to particular user, then that notification is sent to that user according to the oracle functionality. But that notified user can access/ see that notification for only one time, as user open that notification for 2nd time and click the url to see the notification then error comes ((Authentication failed)).

Is this a standard functionality or any error ?
