Customer calls in R11.5.10 questions on how to use the functionnality
We want our collectors to start using the customer calls functionalities in AR, and as I have been testing I have a few questions about the way it works.
One of them is how do we "Complete" a topic ? there is documentation about how to complete an Action but not a topic, and if I complete the Action related to a topic, the complete flag is still N on the topic level.
Another question is : is there some standard use of the "NOTIFY" person which can be entered on Action screen ?
More generally, what is the best way to work with the Customer Calls ?
