Job Setup for multiple Union Groups

We have more than 25 Union Groups and as such, some of them have the same Job Type/Step with the exception that the wording for one is slightly different than the another.  We would like to have the job setup match each Collective Agreement for a specific union.  The way we have it set up now, it won't allow me to change the description when I am setting up a rate derivation table for a specific union, it defaults back to the description in the Job type and Job Step set up.  Is there any way to use an existing
