Budgetary Control in Projects

Hi,

I need to know if implementing Budgetary Control in PA will be enough functionality to accomplish a requirement. My doubts are:

1. Can we use % tolerance? I know that tolerance is enable for GL but I have the doubt for PA.

2. Can the control be in the project functional currency? or should it be in the functional currency of GL? The functional currency in GL is Dollar and I need to control the budget in Pesos.

3. Can be enabled without integration between PA and GL? my understanding is that we can.
