PRC: Generate Capitalized Interest Transactions not generating data

Hi,

I am unable to generate capitalized interest transactions when I run PRC: Generate Capitalized Interest Transactions. I have entered miscellaneous expenditure against a capital project. The task is marked as capitalizable. Capital Interest Schedule is attached to the project and project is marked as allow capital interest. Please let me know what could be missing.
