Year to date amounts on payroll register

in JDEdwards World (MOSC)
Q:  Why are my Year-to-date amounts showing as current on my payroll register for certain taxes?

A:  The Corporate tax id's may not be set up.  G0744, Taxes and Insurance, option 3, Coporate tax ids.  Set them up for the tax area and GEO codes that are missing and then run the tax integrity report in proof then update mode to populate the corporate tax id in the tax history files. G0731, Data Integrity and Global Updates, option 8, Taxation History Integrity report.
