Inner Join in CRMOD Reporting / Analytics

Hi All,

I seem to have a strange issue, and hence this clarification.

We have a particular SR report that includes fields from SR, Account and Contact records. User are complaining that certain SRs that don't have a contact associated to them aren't showing up on the report at all, so I explained to them that its because of the natural inner join on reports. I composed the same report on Historical side and most of the missing ones are now showing up, but with "Unspecified" on the contact columns as the contact field is blank on the record. So far so good. Strangely, one particular SR is not showing up even now,
