Inventory module for purchasing and iProcurement

Hi,

Client wants to install purchasing and iProcurement.

What is the minimum required on the inventory side to get purchasing going?

Is it sufficient to upload item masters data or is a minimal install of Oracle Inventory is essential?

What are the other dependancies?

Is there a document on preparing the instance for Purchasing implementation?
