Projects shared across Legal Entities

Hi,

Can someone clarify if we can share Projects across legal entities? E.g. two or more legal entities should be able to charge cost to one common project. Operating Unit under Legal Entity (LE) A should be able to raise PO/Invoice against Project A and OU's under LE-B should also be able to raise PO/Invoice against Project A.
