Regarding TAX Rate Accounts:-

 Hello,

  While defining the TAX Rate we need to give Tax Expense Account and Tax Recoverable/Liability Account. What is the purpose and use of both accounts? Which account I need to assign for VAT Input and VAT Output? Are both accounts liability accounts?
