P4210 versus P42101 version 9.0

We are implementing JDE E1 Version 9.0 and need to customize sales order entry.  Does anyone have an opinion on P4210 versus P42101?  Which version is best?  I know P42101 has additions that are not in P4210, but is there anything that P42101 does not do that P4210 does?
