Oracle10gR2 Replication of 10 tables outside of the firewall

 Hello Group,

We would like to see if there is a way to replicate data from inside the firewall to the outside general Web with the following constraint:

** We can only create a database link from inside the firewall to the Web BUT the Web DB cannot communicate to the inside.

** We would like to refresh to account for new data every 1 hour.

We looked at Materialized Views created on the Web but those guys need a database link pointing from the Web to the internal DB.

Do you have any solution available or ways to accomplish this task?
