Internal Sales Order and Pricing

I create an internal sales order from internal requisition and I would like to have a Price List pulled out based on the customer and have the item price defaults from the customer specific price list. Oracle support suggests, the standard functionality is to derive the cost based on the item cost at the inevnotry organization. Is there a way alter this behavior?
