How to change the method of reverse from switch dr/cr to change sign in Receivables?

Hi,

    How to change the method of reverse from  switch dr/cr to change sign in Receivables?  I updated the reversal method in Subledger Accounting Options, but the problem still. May you help me resolve the question?
