Reporting Currency/Secondary Ledger

I have multiple companies and configured as balancing segment in one PL.

But now we have requirement to show the journal (subledger as well) of only one company in another currency. How Can it be done using Reporting currency oe Sceondary ledger?

Other requirement is show balances of some cost centers in currency different than PL currency?
