Capturing Total Target Cash in Oracle Core

Hi,

Is there a way to capture TTC (total target cash) for Sales employees in Oracle core? Currently we are track the base salary in the salary screen and base/variable mix % in the Incentive Plan SIT. But the TTC is then a computed field in the data warehouse and may not always be accurate. We are hoping to be able to capture that information directly in Oracle core in a field that would automatically update if there is a change to base salary.
