AR interface + Ebtax - u\g question

In R11i, there are many customers using the AR Interface to raise AR invoices from external systems. The interface is populated in some cases with BOTH Revenue and Tax lines. To clarify – we populate the tax line into the interface; and not let AR generate it.

·       Now, when upgrading to R12, it seems that there is an issue: seems there is a problem to use the upgraded tax regime to continue the same activity as before. The upgraded tax regime doesn’t support any longer importing tax lines via AR interface. The recommendation is to create a new tax regime and then it’ll work; i.e. – with fresh installation, not u\g you will not have this issue.
