Fire-T1000: low cpu usage after installation of Sol 10 from scratch

Hi together,
I've setup, after a crash, a Fire-T1000 with Solaris 10 (08/11) from scratch. Compile runs of our software took in the past 2 hour and now on the fresh installed system 7 hour. The compiler and other programms like gzip or tar only use ~4 % of the cpu.
We don't use or configure projects, zones and so on. I've tried processor sets but this didn't help.

Does someone have a usefull hint?
