Windows server 2003 or 2008 built in DNS with Oralce RAC

Hello All,
I am planing to install Oracle RAC 11.2.0.3 on AIX 7.1.
I have a question concerning the required DNS service, can it be the build in service in windows server 2003 or 2008?
