memory population

 Hi , i am upgrading a single domain m4000 currently running with 2 x memb with 8 /2gb dimms in each memb. i will be adding another 2 memb which consists of 8 x 4gbs dimms in each memb.
My questions is , which of the following configurations will give better performance 

memb0 and memb 1 with 32gb in each and memb2 and memb3 with 16gb in each


or 


memb0 + memb1 + memb2 + memb3 all with 24gb 

with memslots a =+ 4gb dimms and memslots b =2gb dimms
