Reduce equipment capacity per stop, is it possible?

We have a requirement that for each delivery stop planned in Outbound, the equipment group capacity should be reduced by a certain percentage. 

Is that feasible?

For example, a truck has the capacity of 28 pallets. If shipment has one delivery stop, capacity is fine as it is. If it has two, capacity is adjusted to 26, three deliveries 24 and so forth. No need to necessarily reduce by ship unit, could be weight, volume or whatever.

The reasoning behind this requirement is that when there are multiple store deliveries in the shipment, a "buffer" space should be saved in the truck so they can accommodate the cargo in such a manner that the unload is faster.
