US PAY: YE11 Report for Employer Health Care Contributions

Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a standard report (Oracle or Discoverer) that you can run to see cumulative Employer contributions for health care premiums by employee?  Our payroll manager is asking since we have to new gov't mandate to report this information for CY2012.  Thanks.
