Assigning Superintendent to all Projects (other than Responsible Manager)

in Primavera (MOSC) Question
Is it Possible to Assign Superintendent (as a Role or resources) to each Projects in Portfolio?

I need a report that shows which superintendent is engaged in which month on timescale spreadsheet.
